Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service are written without any of the legal jargon, so please take a moment to familiarise yourself with them. Breaches of our ToS can result in your slice being suspended.

  1. Our servers/slices must be used for lawful purposes.
  2. Whatever you do with your slice is your responsibility.
  3. Public trackers are blocked on our servers. Attempting to circumvents this will result in service suspension.
  4. Any spamming or hacking attempts made from your box will result in service suspension
  5. All of our plans come with a one month contract. We don't offer refunds mid-month, but are happy to troubleshoot issues with you.
  6. One-month contracts are a two-way street - we reserve the right not to offer slice renewal.
  7. We don't keep any backups of your data. If you require secure storage, we are happy to provide it at an additional cost.
  8. We will always provide timely support to users unable to access their slice or having issues installing/using provided software, but any advanced configuration and related issues are your responsibility.
  9. We provide a default, optimised configuration for each piece of software we offer. If you have issues due to configuration changes, we will offer to reset to defaults if we cannot resolve otherwise.
  10. We provide a basic subset of installed software - if you want to install additional things yourself, you'll need to be up to speed on your Linux-fu or you'd be better off with a VPS.
  11. No root access is provided, you require a VPS for this, not shared hosting.
  12. No form of SLA is provided (to guarantee uptime), but we will provide renewal extensions to customers whose server is offline for more than 24 hours in one block, or more than 48 hours combined in a 7 day period.
  13. Support is provided through our ticket system. Users are welcome to open public tickets to discuss topics outside the scope of general support.
  14. We reserve the right to change our plans, pricing and bandwidth terms. While we make every effort to 'grandfather' old plans for existing customers, this is not always possible.
  15. We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service.
